  1. Services are cancelled by the clients:

  In case a tour is cancelled by the clients for any reasons, the following fees should be paid:

  
  

  - At any time after the deposit and more than 30 days before the arrival date.	+ 30% of air-tickets and trains. + 3.85% banking fee to send back the money + 10$US/person fee for documents
  - From 14 days to 30 days in advance of our services	10 % of the total tour cost
  - From 72 hours to 14 days in advance of our services	20 % of the total tour cost
  - From 48 hours to 72 hours in advance of our services	50 % of the total tour cost
  - Less than 48 hours in advance of our services	70 % of the total tour cost

  
  

  2. Cancellation by Amo Travel:

  - The contract between Amo Travel and the clients can only be cancelled by us if dramatic problems like natural disasters, epidemics, political problems etc... occur. In this case, the clients will receive back the total sum of services but have no right to any indemnities.
